Prescribing Policy

Medications, including controlled substances, are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with federal and New York State regulations.

No early refills or replacement of lost/stolen medications.

Additional identity verification or in‑person evaluation may be required when mandated by law or clinical judgment.

Prescription decisions are based on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing assessment.
No‑Show & Late Policy

Missed appointments or late cancellations (e.g., <24 hours) may incur a fee.

Visits may be shortened or rescheduled if patient is late beyond a set grace period.

If our session is interrupted and we are unable to reconnect within 5 minutes, please call or send a text message so we can reschedule the appointment.
Cancelation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice may incur a no‑show fee

Before Your First Visit...

Please make sure your insurance information, pharmacy, and current address are up to date before each appointment. This helps us provide your care as smoothly as possible.

Bring all medications you are currently taking

Be ready to share your medical and family health history.

Please complete and return any required paperwork within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment.

Make sure we have clear copies of both the front and back of your insurance card or payment card on file.

Copays, coinsurance, or deductibles must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments may be canceled if payment is not received.

We have a strict no‑show and cancellation policy.
